  • Calendar Coordinator


    Seeking a Calendar Coordinator to support our Litigation Practice group in its Florham Park office.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Entry and maintenance of litigation calendar items
    • Docketing of deposition dates, mediation dates, arbitration dates, trial dates, etc.
    • Docketing of discovery deadlines, due dates, etc.
    • Telephone calls and follow-ups
    • Creation and maintenance of tickler system

    Skills:
    • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

    Requirements:
    • Law firm experience a plus

    Corporate/Real Estate/Banking Paralegal

     

    Seeking skilled Corporate/Real Estate/Banking Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial real estate and corporate transactional work.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze title reports and surveys
    • Order and evaluate due diligence materials
    • Conduct UCC, corporate, and real estate-related searches
    • Assist with entity formation and maintenance
    • Prepare and organize loan documents, closing checklists, HUDs, closing statements
    • Coordinate with financial institutions, brokers, borrowers, and title companies
    • Support change of ownership transactions, complex real estate and ABL matters
    • Handle post-closing matters

     

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions
    • Proficiency in title review, due diligence, and credit agreement collateral filings
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail
    • Proficiency with legal software, document management tools and overall computer skills
    • Experience working with bank and non-bank lenders
    • Familiarity with SBA, 504 and 7(a), USDA, FHA, HUD and EDA transactions a plus
