• Erica Litvak is an associate in Schenck, Price, Smith & King's Professional Liability Practice Group. She focuses her practice on the representation of doctors, nurses, hospitals, and private medical groups in malpractice litigation. Erica has experience in all aspects of litigation including pretrial discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial.  

    Prior to joining Schenck Price, Erica was an associate with a medical malpractice law firm in Morris County where she gained valuable experience defending a wide array of healthcare providers. After graduating law school, Erica clerked for the Honorable Mitchell I. Steinhart of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Family Division, where she assisted with judicial review of the non-dissolution docket, domestic violence docket and post-judgment matrimonial matters. As a law clerk, Erica actively participated in the Court’s alternative dispute resolution program by conducting mediations and settlement conferences for the Special Civil Court. During law school, Erica served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Lisa K. Wexler in the Connecticut Probate Court, and as a student extern in the Child Advocacy Clinic of the Children’s Law Center of Central North Carolina.
