Social Action Committee's Interfaith Food Pantry Collection

With the arrival of fall and the holidays nearing, Schenck Price’s Social Action Committee conducted a food drive for the Interfaith Food Pantry during the month of October.  Attorneys and staff were asked to donate a variety of food items to help the growing number of New Jersey residents who are food insecure.  The Interfaith Food Pantry is preparing for its annual holiday program, so we decided to help them stock their shelves for the holiday meals.

Even though most everyone is working remotely these days, the Schenck Price team came together and filled more than 12 bankers boxes with food items.

The Mission of the Interfaith Food Pantry is to:

  • Improve the health and well-being of Morris County residents in need by providing access to food, nutrition education and related resources;
  • Provide hands on opportunities for neighbors to help neighbors;
  • Educate the public about the issues of hunger in our area.
