Christopher Sedefian is a Senior Associate attorney at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, where he represents and advises numerous boards of education throughout the State of New Jersey on various issues, including personnel matters, labor issues, student rights, H.I.B., constitutional law, and compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act and the Open Public Records Act, and he regularly presents these various topics to clients. Chris attends board meetings and represents clients in matters before the New Jersey Superior Court, Office of Administrative Law, Public Employment Relations Commission, American Arbitration Association, and the Division on Civil Rights.
Chris graduated from Rutgers School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, where he was twice selected as a Dean’s Scholar, indicating a grade-point average in the top five percent of the student body. As a law student, Chris was a member of the National Baseball Arbitration moot court team and participated in the Federal Prisoner Reentry Clinic. Chris interned for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office and the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation.
