The Group provides guidance and advice to insurance companies and insureds on all aspects of insurance law including matters relating to third-party liability, first-party property, directors and officers, errors and omissions, professional liability and excess insurance coverage. Our lawyers frequently represent insurance companies in insurance coverage and declaratory judgment litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and defend insurance companies against bad faith and extra contractual claims.
