Joseph J. Oliver is a member of Schenck Price Smith & King’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. Joe’s broad-based practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate ownership, management, and development, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, and entity structuring and formation. He has extensive experience closing transactions both locally and across the country spanning a wide variety of asset classes, including office, industrial/warehouse, multi-family, retail, and mixed-use properties. Joe has a history of success building strong relationships with clients and third-party professionals in the market, by regularly identifying and executing creative, yet practical solutions and deal structures to help his clients achieve their business objectives and operational needs. Joe’s clients range from national and regional developers and institutional owners to individual investors and small businesses.
Joe is a co-Founder and the President of Type 1 Willpower, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports kids living with Type 1 diabetes.
