Partner Edward W. Ahart recently closed a significant transaction for his client, a large manufacturing company, involving a multi-layered refinance. The transaction paid off existing subdebt from related third parties, which led to a reorganization of the company’s Board management structure. This restructure will allow the company to move forward with a more streamlined and positive governance structure for the current owners.
