Gary Mazart will be a moderator of NJICLE's 22nd Annual Elder & Disability Law Symposium, and Gary, Shirley Whitenack and Jordan Wassel will be speakers on the program.  The Symposium, "The COVID Cloud: Pandemic Practice Tips for the Elder Law and Special Needs Practitioner," will be a live webcast on December 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Gary and Jordan will present the workshop "Estate and Gift Tax Planning: 20/20 Vision" and Shirley will present the workshop "The Contested Case." 

The Symposium is for every elder and disability law attorney. It will begin with an update on the recent case law and legislation involved in the practice area, and the workshops will be geared to specific levels of practice.
