The Schenck Price Social Action Committee held its Third Annual Pets Halloween Costume Contest as a fundraiser for Eleventh Hour Rescue, a no-kill animal shelter in Morris County. Monetary donations as well as pet food and toys were collected for the pets at Eleventh Hour Rescue. Pictured above is the 2023 Contest winner, Luigi!
